Our employees are a key component here at RB Machining. They’re our extended family, most have been here over 15 years, with a combined experience over 200 years.
We value learning new machining concepts and continual improvement to help lower costs, these savings are transferred to our customers.
Vision:
Our vision is to become a supplier of machined parts to major primes in the “Aerospace Industry” expanding to a broader market share and more industries. We strive to improve machining capabilities through technology and resources available.
Goals / Opportunities:
- Year 1: Increase our customer base and annual revenue by 10%.
- Year 5: Upgrade computer software to incorporate a more efficient MRP program and programming software.
- Year 10: Upgrade machining capabilities to keep up with new technology and machining. (example: 3D machining etc.)
Environment:
RB cares about the environment and recycles materials used at our facility. We follow all rules and regulations within the state of California.
Meet the Team
RB Machining is a small woman owned company that was established in 1988. We have been in a few locations but have settled down in Palmdale, CA for the past 20 years. With our combined experience of over 200 years, we are able to handle any job requirements, large or small that you may have. We strive to exceed our customers expectations, and our quality and delivery standards are second to none. We are committed to providing top notch customer service.

Established RB Machining in 1988 out of a small building and grew it the company it is today.
Robert McMillan
Vice President/ QC Manager
Part owner of RB Machining and has been in the Aerospace industry for over 50 years.
Pete Blackburn
Shop Foreman/ QC
Has been with RB Machining since 2003 and in the Aerospace industry for over 40 years.
Bunnie Kegley
Office Manager
Has been with RB Machining since 2007 and in the Aerospace industry for 13 years and customer service for over 35 years.
